Kendael Armstead – Ranger of the Month
Kendael Armstead is a Junior attending Allen Village High School. He has been a member of the Urban Ranger Corps for the 3 years. He was a part of the first ever Freshman class. Kendael recently served as the sophomore representative for the Student Council. Some of his hobbies are chess and computer coding. This summer his work assignment is building computers with Connect for Good, which gives computers to low income residents. After high school he plans to attend The University of Kansas and study computer science.
Lauren Armendariz|Volunteer Spotlight
Lauren recently join our marketing committee and work at Plattform in Lenexa doing content marketing. Lauren brings a new perspective that is heavily focused on spreading the word about our organization. With new ideas and extra hands, our marketing committee is quickly growing with awesome people
